This is a great house for fun and entertaining. Apart from the spacious, high-ceilinged living/dining room, there are other entertaining/ dining areas next to the kitchen and around the cocktail bar overlooking the split-level patio and pool deck (with heated salt water pool), where there is an outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers and a large gas barbeque/ braai. Upstairs, the master bedroom is particularly large and attractively designed, with high-ceilings and spectacular sea views, and it also has its own small dressing room and en-suite bathroom, again with great sea views. There is another en-suite double bedroom next door, with a private sea-facing balcony, as well as two further bedrooms upstairs towards the rear of the house (one double, one twin bedded room), where there is also a study/lounge area, with mini sound system, fax machine and internet access. These two bedrooms share a bathroom (with bath and shower).

The fifth double bedroom with small en-suite shower roon is downstairs at the rear of the house. There is also a separate shower room/guest toilet downstairs and a laundry room with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A small sixth double bedroom, with en-suite shower room is located on its own just outside the front entrance to the house.

The house is furnished throughout in soft, light colours and with light wood floors. There is satellite television, internet access and several small CD/ sound systems in different rooms. The property has good security, with a 24 hour monitored response burglar alarm and walled entrance-way in from the quiet side street at the rear of the property, where there is also a double garage. Housekeeping/cleaning service is provided and an exclusive private catering service can also be arranged in the property, either on a full-time basis or for the occasional dinner party or barbeque/braai party on the pool deck.
