Nestled in the foothills of Table Mountain, Casablanca is a holiday home offering all the modern conveniences together with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Peaceful and private, this luxury accommodation is surrounded by white walls, the sound of the waves breaking on the stylish Camps Bay Beach a 10 minute walk below and is graced by the magnificent Twelve Apostles mountain range, which dominates the front view of the home.
Natural light pours into the open-plan living areas through large sliding doors that lead to a small garden featuring a sparkling pool and level manicured lawn. The perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy long summer starlit evenings!
The house can accommodate 6 to 8 persons and consists of 3 bedrooms in the main house with an additional 4th bedroom outside if required. The linen is new crisp white cotton and both bath and beach towel are supplied.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom suite has wonderful sea views and opens out onto the covered patio next to the pool. It has a queen-sized bed, lime washed shutters and plenty of built-in cupboards.
Bedroom 2: The spacious second bedroom also opens up onto the patio, has sea views, and a double bed with free-standing pine wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom also has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Once you draw back the lime-washed shutters it looks out onto a Zen pebble courtyard.
Casablanca has two bathrooms and a guest toilet; Bathroom 1: is the master bedroom en-suite and features a bath, double vanity, shower and bidet.
Bathroom 2: features a both, shower and single basin. The guest toilet is located off the entrance hall, with easy access from the living areas. |
