The lower level of the house is separated via staircase (complete with safety gate) and leads to the TV lounge. There are two bedrooms located upon this level, the second bedroom has a queen size bed complete with en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (able to sleep 4 children) with en-suite bathroom, separate shower and bath. All three rooms on the lower area have access to a sun patio on the lower level.
Other outdoor areas include an enclosed medium sized flat lawn area at the front of the house.
