The stylishly furnished property is built on various levels all leading to the garden area. The upper level comprises the master bedroom in which there is a king size bed, as well as a large free standing oval ceramic bath, wash basins, shower and toilet. A few steps lead down to the second main bedroom (Queen size bed) that has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a small private balcony.
Below these levels are the main entertainment and living areas consisting of a sunny TV lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area all with direct access to the garden. From there a few more steps lead to a small study room that can also be converted into a fifth bedroom (with sofa bed) and its own en-suite shower room.
The main third and fourth bedrooms (each with Double bed), both en-suite, are on the lower level of the house. All four bedrooms have TV's. At the lowest level of the house is an additional TV lounge that leads directly to the outside entertainment/braai area.
