The farmhouse kitchen has a large sociable table and a fabulous open plan feel. Look at the ocean whilst cooking up a special family meal on the French Rosieres double gas oven.
The family room attached to the kitchen offers TV and M NET. The double doors lead onto the timber walkway with views of lush green trees and extra space to enjoy reading whilst the family play games...
There is an outside braai gazebo with open fireplace to cook in or just enjoy the heat. Sheltered from the summer winds, it offers direct access to the kitchen as well as a staircase leading down to top lawn. A lovely place to enjoy late summer meals!
The main bedroom is on the ground floor with queen sized bed and generous cupboards. Double wooden doors lead out to the garden. Soft filtered light seeps through the shutters. The main bathroom is en suite with separate unroofed shower room, great for starry moonlit showers after the perfect beach day. the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a small private balcony. This is large room with a sofa and TV. The double doors lead onto patio above the swimming pool.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds and shuttered sash windows and is ideally suited to a child with fresh fun furnishings. The bathroom in the passage has a shower and a bath. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and characterful cupboards. The sash windows are shuttered.
The top garden has a level lawn which leads out from the bedrooms and shady white stinkwood trees. The lower garden has a sparky pool with step running around the inside for safety. The pool is fully walled and gated. Dash up from the hot beach and enjoy a dip in the privacy of the garden!
The house is secured with an electric fence and garden beams, as well as high walls. There is a double garage and off-street parking for 2 cars.
